《Losing My Religion》是 R.E.M乐队的单曲 ，收录在1991年所发行的专辑《Out of Time》中，该专辑为他们赢得了该年的格莱美最佳最佳流行音乐奖，MTV所颁发的年度最佳音乐录影带、最佳突破性演出、最佳美术设计、最佳编排等诸多荣耀。
R.E.M.乐队（又译为快转眼球乐队），成立于1979年，是过去的20年里最有影响力的乐队之一。他们的另类音乐风格，独立音乐创作的特点都影响了整整一代人，特别是90年代出现的一大批的另类流行乐队，他们在美国社会上草根阶层中的影响力尤其突出。R.E.M.乐队是公认的另类流行摇滚乐风格的宗师之一。2007年，R.E.M.乐队入选美国摇滚音乐名人堂。
