澳大利亚创作歌手Lisa Helen Mitchell（全名）1990年3月22日生于英国，三岁时随家人迁往澳大利亚，所以Lisa可以说是在Albury, New South Wales长大的。她于12岁开始学习吉他，并且开始往民谣和摇滚的风格发展，长期在咖啡馆寻求灵感。她在16岁的时候参加Australian Idol取得了第六的成绩，评委Kyle Sandilands把她称之为澳洲音乐的未来。在那之后，她决定朝着自己的音乐梦想进发。她的首张EP在澳大利亚iTunes Store排名榜首，凭借这次成功得到了伦敦出版商的青睐，07年签约Sony/ATV子公司取得了小成功。随后，08年Mitchell迁往英国，在这期间她花了一个夏天的时间专注于制作她的首张录音室专辑“Wonder”。2009年1月签约RCA唱片，发行了首张单曲“Neopolitan Dreams”，7月13号在英国正式发行首张专辑“Wonder”。
